Indulge in his traditional favorites, such as the wide palette of French pâtés, an invaluable legacy of Chef Guillaume's Grandma's recipes, the slow-roasted free-range turkey with all its condiments, the maple-glazed house-smoked Norwegian salmon, the succulent rosemary prime rib, the moist and flavorful AUS beef fillet Wellington, together with a lavish charcoal-fired barbecue, featuring an extensive selection of meats and seafood.
